There are only a few natural heart-shaped phenomena in the world. One of them is the island of Galešnjak. As expected, an island like this has been nicknamed the Island of Love.
Stone Age
The island has been inhabited since the Stone Age. At that time, the sea level was 5 meters lower, so the nearby island of Ričul was then a peninsula. Between it and the Galešnjak, an 80-meter-long stone bridge built by cavemen was found under the sea.
